PDF files can have restrictions that prevent you from for example copying text from them or editing, printing or merging them. PDFUnlock! unlocks PDF files and removes these restrictions.

If you upload a password protected PDF file, you will be asked to enter the password. PDFUnlock! does not, however, recover lost or unknown passwords.

A PDF file can also be subject to encryption by a third party, such as DRM. PDFUnlock! does not remove such.
